“I had an electrical problem that I needed addressed right away and they sent a young man out here by the name of Ronnie. I was at first a bit skeptical cause he seemed so young. I have never had such a positive experience. He was so knowledgeable, courteous, humble, polite, and thorough. I truly couldn’t say enough about this young man. At one point, I asked him his age and I was just blown away at how young he was and at the same time how mature and experienced he was. It was a hot day, and he had to go up into the attic multiple times. He helped me move stuff around in order to get access to the ceiling. He never once showed a sign of being frustrated. He was just very determined to solve the problem that I had had for many years. I made a special point to reach out to a supervisor to let him know the quality of employee that I’m sure he must’ve already known he had. I told him that I will be asking for him specifically for any of my future electrical needs. I am 56 and that is this only the second time that I made a special point to reach out because the customer service was that good. With regards to the rest of their team, they were also very responsive. From scheduling to following up. The young man supervisor Tom was a pleasure to speak with, and I would highly recommend Johnston, electrical!”
